Clarence Valley Home Modification and Maintenance Services work in collaboration with Occupational Therapists, tradespeople, clients or their advocates to provide modification and some maintenance work to assist clients to live independently in the community in their own home longer. The major emphasis is on maintaining safety, access and independence.
